BOOKING POLICIES:

1. Total booking amount to be paid via bank transfer, 48hrs following the quotation, for validation.
2. Bank transfer charges are paid by guests (charges are not shared).
3. The booking is done under a strict cancellation policy: our cancellation policy on all booking platforms is the same, namely: bookings and payment are performed upstream without possibility of cancellation / exchanges or refund.
4. Check-in is from 2.00pm (14:00) on the day of arrival.
5. Please make necessary arrangements to respect the check-out time (10.00am) because we will not be able to provide late check-out.
6. A minimum length of stay applies and varies with the season (from 2 nights). The applicable minimum is shown with your quote before any payment.
7. Kozy Le Morne offers 'Self Catering Accommodations' which means that you need to cater for your own food and drinks
8. For extras amenities : Extra House Cleaning 1000rs, Additional Bath Towel 400rs and requests should be made 24H before.
